| Lug matrices are designed to separate the approximate surfaces of adjacent teeth in type II restorations. They provide more complete tooth engagement than sectional matrices. The lugs allow the matrix to be tightened to the adjacent tooth in any of three directions. Holes in the matrix edge provide more reliable handling during installation and removal. The matrices are available in kits №№ 1.351–1.353, 1.353L, 2.351–2.353, 1.338, 1.348, and 1.368. Available kits
